The SportsArt 805P elliptical trainer allows you to adjust your stride length—a first for elliptical trainers—to accommodate varying running gaits. The machine includes three pre-set programs, one customisable program, two programs controlled by a heart-rate monitor (included), plus a manual mode. A pair of hand levers can give you an upper-body workout during your training session.
